- Design confirmationThe clinic and technical team discuss arch form, occlusal relationships and structural details.
- Manufacturing and reviewAfter approval, fabrication and delivery are arranged. The treating clinician manages fitting, instructions and follow-up.
DUAL-LAYER OER
Soft contact. Elastic support.
Dual-layer OER combines a softer oral contact layer with an internal, relatively firmer elastic support layer. The contact layer is designed around fit and cushioning; the support layer contributes to the appliance structure and elasticity.
“Dual-layer” describes the material and structural approach. “Fully customized” describes how the appliance is designed and manufactured. Exact thickness, hardness and design follow the product specifications and the approved individual design.
Records for a custom order
Prepare complete upper and lower oral records, a bite record, relevant clinical photographs and the clinician’s design requirements. Confirm file formats and any additional records with our technical team before sending a case.
